TRACLINK PILOT READY

TRACLINK PILOT READY

Autonomous driving functions are becoming increasingly important in agriculture. That is why Lindner is developing the TracLink pilot together with ZF Friedrichshafen. This makes highly automated driving functions possible in grassland for the first time. The Lintrac 110 is designed so that it can be retrofitted for autonomous driving as soon as it is permitted.

For everyone who wants to prepare for the future today, Lindner offers the TracLink Pilot ready package for the Lintrac. The package includes a special steering unit that transfers the steering movement from the steering wheel to the axle. A GPS steering system can be connected to this Orbitrol via the electronic input. That makes the steering much more precise than with retrofit solutions. The driver can change the steering gear ratio at the push of a button - for example, fewer steering movements are required with the front loader.

TracLink GPS guidance system

The TracLink GPS guidance system with automatic steering assistance, with which the TracLink-Pilot-ready package can be upgraded, already has an accuracy of +/- 18 cm. Those who want to work even more precisely can expand the system with the additional RTK signal receiver. The RTK correction signal corrects the GPS signal and lets the tractor drive on the track with an accuracy of two centimeters.

In addition to various interfaces and pre-cabling for sensors, the package also includes the TracLink Basic functions. These include GPS tracking and two signal inputs that can be used to detect whether the PTO shafts are active, for example. The electronic logbook facilitates maintenance and documents the use of devices and distances.
