POM-LX

Top block console system

The frameless mounting system is self-locking and wear-resistant. The sophisticated design ensures excellent visibility of the working area. The coupling parts on the front loader are fitted with trapezoidal wedge bolts and bevel wedges, which make it comfortable to retract into the console and provide a stable, positive connection to the console. The front loader is secured by adjustable double eccentric bolts.

The coupling plugs for the hydraulic additional functions are mounted on the side of the quick-change device for easy access. Instead of the standard coupling plug for the additional functions, a 2-fold or 4-fold Synchro-Lock is also available.

For optimal maintenance, all bearing points are easily accessible from the side and are equipped with large bearing pins and exchangeable bearing bushes.

XB BIONIC

With the XB Bionic, the X-kinematics and the construction of the triangular and longitudinal rocker enable the tilting cylinder to be fully integrated into the loading arm.

Thanks to the X-kinematics, the greatest possible force of the cylinder is used when the implement is retracted and a faster movement is achieved when it is tilted out.
